A debut feature film from a young South Australian Team

One location. Two characters.

Adelaide filmmaking collective Stakeout Films are collaborating with award-winning actor Jordan Cowan (Someone Like U Productions) and SA producer Christine Williams to produce their debut feature ‘LOT 14.’  This independent feature film explores the consequences of guilt, illustrating how our conscience can become a force of punishment and justice more powerful than any law. Designed as a micro-budget 80 minute cinematic experience, the film will utilise a single set and two actors to showcase smart filmmaking in a contained story world.

The shoot will be over 20 days in August of 2021.

During a late night thunderstorm, Riley seeks shelter in a seemingly deserted trailer park. She finds refuge in the isolated trailer home of Patrick, a strange and lonely resident who allows Riley in under the guise of providing her with temporary relief from the weather. The longer the night wears on and the more Riley uncovers about Patrick, the more difficult she finds it to leave. Soon Riley begins to question Patrick’s intentions, while Patrick begins to question his own grip on reality…

I have a strong passion and drive for telling stories about women made by women and an innate sensibility for South Australia. My entire career has led to this point and a feature film is the clear next step in my journey as a film maker and actor.
